I’m so excited to chat with Accessibility Consultant Katie Lewis of Access Reimagined. She has this seemingly winding path of military and music that has led her to the work she does today.

We talk about examining and embodying (on our own terms) what it means to run a human-first business. She shares her framework around intention, awareness, and action. And she gives examples of ways she’s dismantling popular opinion for the sake of a more accessible, empathetic, and equitable future.
