Hello, hello! Welcome to the very first episode of the Purpose & Progress Podcast. To be honest, the idea of having an episode entirely about me made me VERY uncomfortable. But as I thought more about it, this hesitance to talk about ourselves is the exact issue my clients struggle with. And because integrity is one of my core values, I decided to walk the walk and put myself out there as a confident, conscious business owner, just like the women I work with and highlight on this show. So, this episode is an introduction to who I am as a woman and business owner, my journey to where I am today, and the why behind this podcast.
